Job Description - Returns Center (Central Operations) (Only from SP jain and Amity university)
Designation - Senior Manager
Team - DC Operations (Large Supply Chain)
Responsibilities
- Manage Returns Center (RC) operations for Large and Furniture shipments. Responsible for reliability and performance of Returns centers pan-India.
- Responsible for continuous performance management and reporting for RC's. Responsible for driving and achieving targets for key distribution KPI's such as Inbound & dispatch breaches, Cost reduction, Inventory Accuracy and productivity.
- Drive daily monitoring and adherence for all KPI's with regional teams. Drive RCA and CAPA with ground operations teams for operational breaches and inaccuracies.
- Drive implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP- s) in operations.
- Responsible for overall coordination with Central Liquidation team for timely liquidation of returns products.
- Drive operational processes and projects to improve liquidation TAT, to control RC space utilization.
- Responsible for overall coordination with FA operations team for timely liquidation of products eligible for supplier returns.
- Responsible for overall coordination with Insurance team, to ensure surveys and liquidation of all products eligible for Marine Insurance.
- Drive process excellence in operations for reliability, cost reduction and growth enablement, through identification and monitoring of projects to solve operational inefficiencies.
- Coordinate with tech teams to resolve functional tech issues affecting operations.
- Drive compliance for generation of regulatory & statutory documents for liquidation/returns dispatches.
- Manage internal and external audits for assets to drive process adherence against company standards. Drive resolution of reported non-confirmations with ground operations teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders such as Facilities, IT, Infra & HR teams to ensure smooth continuation of operations in line with business goals.
Experience / Qualification
- Post graduate (MBA) with 8+ years of experience in handling supply chain operations in high performance environments.
- Past experience of managing central operations for supply chain and reverse logistics.
- Past experience in leading teams / managing central workforce to lead and guide supply chain operations.
- Possesses understanding and knowledge of critical distribution and Supply Chain concepts including warehousing, transportation, & reverse logistics.

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills (result-oriented).
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align them towards the common, shared objectives.
- Should be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, creating structure and working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Excellent people management skills and experience in large organizations preferred.
