SR. Retention Marketing Manager


- Own revenue & growth across parts of the business spectrum. Gain a deep understanding of business model, key performance indicators, and metrics that impact our success and actively contribute to the future roadmap & strategy

- Data is at the core of our business. A Senior Marketing Manager performs rigorous data analysis to take day to day decisions at all stages of player life cycle right from acquisition, conversion to retention.


- You will also work closely with Analytics team to build an understanding of the player behavior from all aspects, which would then be used to come up with innovative and data-backed campaigns.

- Key part of the role is to maximize the lifetime value from cash players by reducing attrition, reactivating players and increasing monetization.


- The role will include design and execution of innovative marketing campaigns and building on the existing ones

- Contribute to product strategy through conceptualizing optimum customer funnel flow, envisaging innovative product features addressing reactivation and retention and solving for key pain points of players for improved user experience and gameplay

- Managing campaigns end-to-end including calendar & revenue planning, budget planning, user cohort's segmentation, targeting, copy, creative, A/B tests etc.


- You will work alongside Brand and Design teams for campaign creatives.


- Strong understanding of digital channels like FB, YouTube, remarketing systems to target with relevant and personalized communication is needed

- The role will also involve a team management responsibility i.e. to manage a team of marketing managers, associate marketing managers & operations executives.


- You are also expected to be an effective leader who will mentor and guide the members in the Marketing team

Key Requirements :

- 4-6 years of post-MBA experience in revenue management/retention marketing/category growth functions


- Degree in Management from a premier institute (IIMs/ISB/MDI/FMS etc.)

- Experience in owning end-to-end marketing campaigns with decision-making capabilities

- Demonstrable ability to innovate and think out of the box

- Ability to work with data to convert into actionable insights, and understand user behavior


- Should be obsessed with enhancing customer experience

- High attention to detail with the ability to drive multiple projects parallelly

- Interest in playing online games is preferable
