Job Description - Sr. Manager / Associate Director - Retention
Core Areas: Customer Retention, Segmentation, Product Management, Advanced Excel
Qualification: 5-15 years of relevant work-ex in an online B2C setup
Your Role
- Responsible for uncovering opportunities to drive growth from existing buyers through upselling, cross-sell and repeat, maximizing ARPU (average revenue per user)
- Segment the existing users based on their past purchase behaviours, basis duration, and category adoption.
- Own the loyalty program to ensure high repeat business from the existing users
- Own the coupons/cashback program, leverage the same to maximize repeats from identified segments of the user base
- Own all the non-paid modes of communications to the users like push notifications, SMS, Whatsapp, Emails, etc. Orchestrate all the campaigns on these channels.
- Set up the logic of all the events in the app, which merits a communication to the user
- Experiment with communication/offer to different segments to assess what works best for a specific segment using various techniques like AB testing, geo experimentation
- Periodically benchmark app conversion rate across parameters such as useability and features against competition and industry.
- A constant hunger to derive insights from data. Extreme user-centricity and solid logical thinking
- Deep expertise in Product Management and Retention.
