Senior Manager - Retail Projects

- Getting the site surveyed, Layout preparation and getting the same vetted from Operations.

- Coordination with the External Stakeholders ( Architect, Consultants and Mall Authorities ) and Internal stakeholders ( Retail Operations, Finance, Marketing, and VM team )

- Taking care of Projects right from concept stage to Hand over to Operations.

- Preparation of Budget and approval of the same, Design Management, Site Management.

- Taking care of existing and new facilities as to maintenance and new requirements as per brand requirements.
