Senior Manager - Management Consulting - Retail

Travel Percentage : Expected Travel could be anywhere between 0-100%

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

- Focus on Retail Strategy & Operations improvement through a mix of strategic value assessment, process re-engineering, data analytics and digital solution implementation

Qualifications : Master's Degree or Post Graduation in Business Management from Tier 1 college

Industry Experience :

- The candidate must have strong understanding of Retail both traditional retailers (physical stores) and Omni-channel retailers (eCommerce), acquired by working directly in the Retail industry or in a Retail consulting practice.

- Business skills to sell, deliver and support consulting projects

- Leadership skills in terms of ideas and concepts

- Relationship skills to engage clients and build internal teams

- Communication skills to effectively receive and transmit information

Functional Skills :

- Business Process Improvement

Domain Development : Develop assets and methodologies, develop of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals

- Minimum 10 years experience in the Retail industry

- Experience working on large-scale Digital Transformation projects desirable

- Strong program management skills

Key Competencies and Skills :

- Retail industry knowledge

- Online retail /eCommerce business process analysis desirable

- eCommerce, Digital, Mobility and Social Media strategy, business case and roadmap development

- Multi-Channel supply chain or Cross-Channel fulfillment analysis
