Senior Manager - Retail Credit - LAS/ESOP/EBF/MTF

Qualification : Graduate/ Post-graduate/Bcom/Mcom

Job Profile : Retail Credit (Loan Against Securities (Equity Shares/ MFs/ Bonds) /ESOP/IPO Funding to HNIs or companies)

Job Responsibilities :

- Role involves Term sheet finalization and preparation of sanction note through Loan Origination System, financial/income analysis, evaluating risk factors and identifying suitable mitigates

- Co-coordinating with the internal teams (RMs/ Operations/ Legal) & External for documentation and post-sanction activities for the disbursement of the loan if required.

- Periodical review of Interest Rest / Put-call options.

- Monitoring of the limits sanctioned under various retail product portfolio and ensure Periodic reviews / renewals.

- Follow-up with the RMs / Clients for compliance of the covenants, security cover stipulations etc.

- Maintenance of the MIS and preparation of the MIS reports for top management.
