Educational Qualification:
- Essential: MBA in Operations or Business Management (Tier I/ II business schools)
Experience:
- Essential: 8 to 12 years of work experience in operations & new product development
Duties and Responsibilities: Others
- Supporting New Product Development in the digital aspects and process training videos for the store teams
- Amplify Customer and Team Member experience through simplification of processes and standards
- Driving adoption of restaurant technologies, equipment rationalization, menu simplification, layout changes, and streamlining Team Member training and onboarding process
- Digitize field communication and elevate field engagement by redesigning key events
- Engaging with the Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) through innovative ways and supporting in the planning and implementation of RGM initiatives
- Building a sustainable business model through right-priced products, strategic use of value, healthy COS and Omnichannel meal bundles for team member ease
- Facilitating a smoother pick up / rider experience at POS
- Digitize TTT by bringing in new ways of digital training, communication to store teams for new product launches.
- Partner with cross functional teams to design, test and launch new fit-for-purpose Omni-channel packaging
- Digitize Input Metrics at store level, support Fz Business Coaches with the right data and insights to enhance operating standards
