CTC : Max 12-13 lacs fixed
Skills Required :
- Candidate must be from Insurance Industry.
- Should have experience in handling teams for Inbound/Outbound calling.
- Should have good knowledge of SLA, SOP, Regulatory guidelines,
- Should have experience of managing IVR, dialer, Scorecard,
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Achieve positive NPS and C-SAT scores as per company guidelines
- Handling Process Transition on account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology
- By initiating new ideas related to process and ensuring the effective implementation as soon as possible with the support of team members
- Reduction in complaints arising out of misselling, facilitate efficient claim settlement and improve future persistency rates
- Generate incremental revenue through effective lead management and efficient tele sales process
- The role involves managing large teams and partnering with business partners for delivery of expected service standards
- Ensure that all high risk audit items get actioned in time scales committed to audit committee.
- Ensure that all audits and controls are in place as required by regulator and internal compliance.
- Ensure that all vendors are audited for process compliance and training needs at least once a quarter.
