We are looking for Senior Manager - Resolution for an NBFC client based at Gurgaon.

Education : Post Graduation /Graduation in either banking, finance, management or commerce. Pref - LLB, CA, CWA etc.

Experience : 8+ years Experience in Banking/ARC/NBFCs of 4+ years.

CTC : 15 L - 18 L ( Excl Variable)

Working Conditions : 10 am - 7 pm, 5 days

General Summary :

Senior Manager is responsible for formulation and execution of the resolution plan for the financial assets. He/She is responsible for direct negotiation with borrowers. (Companies)

Principal Responsibilities :

- Enforcement of Security Interest under SARFAESI (issuance of demand notice, possession notice, taking possession, conduct of sale of assets by auction/bilateral sale etc. taking CMM/DM assistance for taking over physical possession etc.) 30%

- Support in settlement/negotiations with borrowers/guarantors to ensure early resolution, monitoring of settled accounts. 25%

- Conduct of litigation before DRT/DRAT/High Court/Supreme Court. etc.(coordination with advocates, briefing of advocates ensuring service of notices etc.) 25%

- Formulate Resolution Plans, revival strategy of the distressed units (appraisal of business plans for revival of distressed units) 10%

- Support to acquisition team as and when required (due-diligence, site visits etc.) 10%

Technical Skills :

- Knowledge of loan agreements, security documents, title deeds etc. understanding of recovery litigations before DRT, DRAT, SARFAESI proceedings, winding up proceedings etc. Proficiency of financial statement analysis.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
