Senior Manager - Research - BFSI

One of the leading financial services provider firm is looking for Senior Manager Research. Required exp is 10 to 13 years of relevant exp. Location is Mumbai.

Crux of the role :

- Herein, one will be part of leadership team of the Knowledge Services group of the firm and will be responsible for leading, managing and growing the Research Vertical within the Knowledge Services division

- As a Senior Research Manager, one will be responsible for managing the research team, managing global stakeholders/ Partners and lead research delivery

- They are looking for someone who can recommend strategic research solutions and has prior exp in Banking domain

- This role involves travelling to the client site.

- Internal and external cross functional integration and collaboration to provide solutions to the group

- Manage service delivery, people and business growth for the Research vertical

- Providing strategy support to the teams at global level

- Ensure adherence to robust systems and processes to mange staffing, quality, timeliness and stakeholder relationship

- Lead the Research vertical with complete ownership for driving projects

- Value addition by way of adding insights to deliverables, new ideas, techniques, best practices, innovative thinking and knowledge sharing

- Manage and develop existing stakeholder relationships and minimize any escalations

- Lead and grow both secondary research, primary research and related consulting competencies within the team

- Look for opportunities to grow and innovate service offerings of the team - leading to transformation of Research vertical

- Mentor and groom the other members of the team for their career growth and organisational goals
