Senior Manager - Reporting & Analytics - NBFC - IIT/IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI/ISB/NIT

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise groups researching strategic business data and conducting data analysis.

- Interpret information and communicate findings to executives.

- Define and meet annual budgetary goals.

- Collaborate with industry leaders and experts to define tactics and strategies.

- Develop and enforce standards for the process of data collection and analysis

Desired Profile

- 8-10 yrs professional experience in banking analytics preferred

- Education background: IIT/IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI/ISB/NIT's preferred

- Hands on experience on SQL and Advanced Excel

- Strong SAS, Analytics, R, Modeling, Banking Analytics experience required

- Prior experience in Risk Modeling, collections Modeling, LGD and Fraud Modeling required

- Team Handling experience
