Senior Manager - Relocation Management Logistics

A Global Relocation company in Chennai is looking for a Senior Manager- Operations to run their

Expat Mobility/Relocation end to end till they settle down in India/overseas.

Candidates from Mobility Logistics companies like PN Writer, ICON, IOS, Formula, IGL, Universal etc who has handled complete Corporate relocation would fit the role.

The mandatory will be responsible for manage the overall employee life cycle from on boarding till Exit from one country/location to other.

Job Responsibilities:

Conducts on boarding documentation and Induction program for new joiners & ensures execution of relevant activities within timelines

Interfaces with Facility, Finance & HQ team to ensure timely execution of employee transactions.

Manages other important activities which include- preview trips of potential candidates to India, visa & immigration, relocation management, school admission process, accommodation.

Liaison with vendors, consulates & government authorities.

Handles ad hoc queries of expatriates and resolution in coordination with concerned stakeholders.

Maintains the local expat policies and strict adherence to the same.

Upkeep of personal records as per audit compliance.

Desired Profile:

1. MBA

2. 6-10 years of relevant exposure into Global Mobility / Expat Management role from Logistics companies preferred
