- Relationship Management of assigned partners & territories, customer acquisition, deep mining existing business by interacting with CEO's/HR heads/Admin Heads of different organizations.
- Involves providing solutions (different group products/solutions/protection/funds).
- Liaison internally with different departments to ideate and execute business solutions.
- Engage with the top management of companies Large & medium Enterprises, public sector undertakings, MNC's, etc, To understand their current Benefit structure and pattern and accordingly pitch out product offering to them.
- Competition mapping
- Achieve both top and bottom line targets
- Sourcing prospective banks, NBFC, cooperative banks, Fintech companies, e-commerce platforms etc for alliance partnerships
- This also involves working with NBFCs/Banks/tying up with organizations & Partner Acquisition
