Job Description :

Role purpose :

- To ensure strategic planning for the relations team,

- Monitor and improve the productivity of RMs.

- Ensure highest level of service is given to base and escalations taken when necessary.

- Churn is at the lowest and appropriate retention tools are available with the team

- Revenue enhancement - promotion of new products and services. Up selling of VAS, Acquisition of new business through up selling to other users in the family and organization.

- Recruitment and training

- Liaison with various internal departments to ensure optimal service to the relations base

- Managing Outsourced RMs to ensure optimal levels of service are maintained.
