YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :&nbsp; - Leading large global Reinsurance programs in the offshore environment such as Proportional Treaty, Non Proportional, Treaty, Reinsurance Claims Account handling - Understanding the dynamics of Reinsurance Operations and engage with Global Reinsurance teams to build a consistent &amp; mature knowledge based offshore Reinsurance model in India - Stabilizing of new processes being migrated within the designated area and subsequent smooth running of the same - Setting up of performance metrics, regular monitoring of performance, ensuring controls are in place for every process, ensuring Risk Analysis is performed for every process, ensuring adequate training of resources including cross training takes place, establishing communication channels with various onshore teams and building relationships for long terms success of the processes - Working closely with other functions like HR, Finance, IT and Risk THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:&nbsp; - 12 - 20 years of experience in Reinsurance operations in financial services/ ITES or off shore processing organizations with proven track record in service delivery. - 12 - 20 years of Reinsurance experience in tier 1 or 2 IT services companies or Tier 1 captives leading and running insurance/BFSI business, deliveries and technology practice/competencies Should have managed team of over 80 people - Transition/migration experience of large processes - Analytical ability and decision making skills - Strong Stakeholder management skills WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU: - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations/function of the company. - Work in the heart of the financial capital of the country.
