Job opportunity with one if the global insurance and reinsurance MNC

Job details :

- Post graduate - MBA / M. Com or equivalent

- Strong global experience and exposure including working in a multi-cultural, international environment

- Flexibility with work timing

- Ideally around 10 to 12 years of experience in a managerial position, leading multiple teams in shared services or financial services industry (e.g. re/insurance, banking)

- Knowledge in Insurance / Reinsurance concepts; P&C business knowledge a plus

- Excellent communication skills (clear, transparent, convincing, virtual as well as in person) and assertiveness

- Experience of managing multiple teams and team leaders/managers in a global, multi-cultural environment

- Self-starter with personal drive to succeed and achieve results

- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead complex and demanding operations and teams

- Strong focus on people, performance, clients and risk management activities
