Senior Manager - Recruitment | Technology Volume hiring | Female Candidates May Only Apply

- Candidate must have experience in Technology bulk hiring.

- Candidate will be responsible to handle 4000- 5000 hirings per annum.

- The role supervises recruiting capabilities and oversees the recruiting process for either a large or many Operating Units, Capability Groups, Workforces or Countries with a large recruiting demand plan.

- Drive Program management Influencing and setting up direction for the recruitment team and strive to drive value.

- The Recruitment Manager will provide analytical support for key business decisions and participate in strategic planning. They will take part in our teams strategic planning and be expected to provide their voice on all aspects of the business to drive innovation and growth.

- Able to handle ambiguity drive change and transformation.

- Have a big picture view and the ability to communicate this to stakeholders across the businesses.

- Work with the Resource Forecasting Lead and Resource Pool Leads to understand short and long term talent objectives and hiring forecasts; create and implement short-term tactical plans to meet SLA performance metrics and financial targets through the efficient use of human resources, technology and maximization of workforce

Qualifications: Postgraduate degree from Tier 1 institutes with 12+ years of relevant work experience.
