Sr. Manager Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition
- The Recruitment Sr. manager will lead and is responsible for delivering all facets of end to end recruitment process within the AMH Group India BSC (Business Shared Service Center).
- The individual will play a critical role in ensuring the best possible talent is hired and attrition is taken care of. This will be achieved through development of recruiting plans & sourcing strategies.
- The individual will directly source through multiple sourcing channels as well as will be required to liaise with various consultants & hiring firms in order to close hiring agreements efficiently & economically.
- The role also involves supporting the BSC HR head in workforce planning and demand estimation to ensure smooth operations in BSC.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Core Activities:
- Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
- Conducts first level job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
- Will directly source through multiple sourcing channels
- Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment requirements & queries
Transition Support:
- Should be able to keep track various bulk & key positions hiring during transition
- Should involve actively with process owners to understand their requirements against each position
- Should be able to highlight risks of delay in hiring
- Should be able to mitigate such risks with existing talent pool
- Flexibility to coordinate with US stakeholders for interviews in different zones for hiring, if needed
3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Skills & Desired Experience:
- Overall 8-10 years or more experience in HR particularly with hands on experience of end to end recruitment.
- Excellent negotiation skills, job interviewing skills, analytical skills ,social media knowledge ;
- Result oriented, with high level of motivation for self-growth
- Ability to thinks strategically; taking a balanced short and long-term view when solving problems; ability to utilize information from a wide variety of sources
- Experience working for a multinational organization (outsourcing / shared services) - prior experience to hire in HR, Finance and IT will be preferred
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients of all levels and with fellow team members
Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Business Management / PGDBM specializing in HR
