Senior Manager - Recruitment Operations
- Responsible for Manpower planning and Recruitment requirements
- Preparation of recruitment calendar and execute recruitment strategies
- Conducting preliminary round of interviews & salary negotiations with identified candidates
- Planning, organizing & deploying the resource as per the requirements
- Recruit, mentor and motivate the team members
- Preparation and Maintenance of HR budget
- Creating Brand Image of company in the Industry to attract top talent
- Verify background checks for all potential / new joiners; ensure exceptional candidate experience; managing staffing & non-staffing vendors, MIS & analytic's; Offer Management; Recruitment Operations Projects like Cost per hire, Hiring Manager & Candidate Surveys, Recruitment strategic projects, Recruitment source ROI analysis, Programs ( Conduct knowledge sessions to calibrate the recruitment team members & bridge knowledge gaps), Policies (recruitment process and policies standardization) and Procedures.
