Purpose of the Job :

- End to end recruitment sourcing, screening, candidate management hand holding the candidate throughout the hiring process, facilitate salary negotiations, offer acceptance, client spoc management, invoicing and collections.

- Understand client company profile, client requirements and job descriptions. Domain IT services/product companies/ IT start ups.

- Develop and maintain relationship with spoc at clients end, account mining, ensure timely feedback, have regular calls/meetings, aim at becoming top search partner for the spoc and strive to get exclusive mandates.

- Source relevant profiles based on the clients requirement through different channels - networking, referencing, headhunting, organization mapping. Ensure delivery for all business generated.

- Assess/screen candidates for various client requirements as per the parameters defined by the client

- Manage relationship with candidates and orient, coach them about the job opportunity, assist in salary negotiation, facilitate offer acceptance.

- Based on the annual targets given strategise, plan and act on the same.

- To ensure a constant revenue stream by performing all these activities with an upward growth.
