- 15+ years of experience with deep expertise in talent acquisition function in IT industry. At least, 8 years of experience in leading a team is necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and department heads, to understand their talent needs and effectively prioritize recruitment efforts.
- Responsible for salary negotiations and alignment with the Budget
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Drive the offer process, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the closing of candidates.
- Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong business relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve recruitment processes.
- Results-orientated with good planning skills.
- Collaborative with high energy and a team orientation.
- People management experience, including recruiters and leads.
- Experience recruiting for technology leadership roles
