Role : Senior Manager - Recruitment - Infrastructure Management Services

Experience Range : 13-16 years

Location : Pune

Profile : We are looking for an individual with strong end to end recruitment / talent acquisition experience, with good substantial experience in hiring into the Infrastructure Services / IMS space. Candidate should have good global stakeholder management experience and be well versed into recruiting in the Pune, Mumbai and Gujarat market. The role will be reporting to the TA - Head in Pune.

Mandatory :

- Candidates who are currently working in Tier 1 IT Service / Consulting Organizations are preferred

- 13-16 years experience in IT Recruitment

- Should have experience in recruitment within the Infrastructure Services / IMS space

- Should have team management experience. Should also have good stakeholder management experience as well.

- Should have experience in hiring within locations like Pune, Mumbai and Gujarat

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for developing Talent Acquisition Strategy, analyzing recruitment needs, design and implement recruitment solutions.

- Drive the manpower planning exercise and revisit it regularly.

- Coordinate with respective Functional and Business heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, interview processes.

- Consistently implement disciplined recruitment processes and procedures.

- Ensure all new hiring requisition receive formal approval as required, position descriptions are accurate, positions properly graded by compensation.

- Provide oversight and leadership to Talent Acquisition team to ensure they are properly aligned to support organization wide recruitment initiatives and programs.

- Initiate coaching and provides support to subordinates on staffing issues; establish standardized recruitment processes to be used across the team to ensure consistency in assessment of candidates; provide development opportunities to Talent Acquisition team for exposure to special projects and cross training.

- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.

- Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.

- Concentrate on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, portals, etc.
