Job Description :
- Evaluate organization needs and work towards creating and implementing an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve business performance.
- Explore best practices in market in talent acquisition and implement appropriate ones as per organization needs.
- Manage end to end recruitment process for business functions ranging from frontline to leadership roles.
- Participate in the selection process of the candidate by being part of panel for interviews.
- Prepare and counsel prospective employees on salary & benefits.
- Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as campus, consultants, job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the perfect fit for the job.
- Key areas of focus will include effective mix of sourcing channels, talent profiling, acquisition process, diversity and turnaround time.
- Adhere and operate within the budget for all Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
- Communicating with external sources to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business.
