As the Senior Manager - Recruitment, your focus would be on building a strong team, streamlining the processes and systems, building best practices and digitizing the recruitment processes. The role will require direct engagement with international clients and managing the recruitment mandates from these clients as well as the recruitment needs of the organization itself. The ideal candidate would be an active team player who is willing to provide new ideas and suggestions, and more importantly implement them. Base Location: New Delhi, India Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Departmental Responsibilities: - Lead, develop and execute Sannam S4's outreach to India's talented workforce, positioning the brand as a market leader employer. - Support service line and department heads to understand the current and long-term manpower requirements, helping them strategically think through these requirements and target the right candidates. - Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers and advise managers on best practices on recruitment and selection. - Develop job descriptions and person specifications. - Source and headhunt candidates from various sources - portals, networks, LinkedIn, databases, company mapping; and staying ahead of the technology curve. - Screening application forms, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection processes, conduct interviews and facilitate final interviews with the service line and department heads. - Working closely with HR team after identification of right staff for further engagement. 2. Recruitment Service Line Responsibilities: - Work with international clients to understand manpower requirements for India market and deliver timely service. - Advise and manage client communication on : - Recruitment strategy and process, including advertising and search methodologies,Available talent pool in the required sector,Framing of the job description, and Salary benchmarking and benefits analysis in collaboration with Sannam S4's HR Advisory practice. Execute on behalf of the client to : - Design robust processes and systems for identification and acquisition of talent. - Interview, screen and shortlist candidates as per client expectations, - Present shortlist to client as per agreed timelines, - Facilitate the final interviews through video conferencing/Skype/face to face as per the availability, - Participate final interview process with client to consult client on various parameters personality, local culture etc., - Initiate salary discussion and negotiations with selected candidate, and - Coordinate alongside HR for smooth entry of selected candidate in Sannam S4 or on client's payroll as per the case. 3. Leadership: Lead a team of three to four resources distributed across cities and further grow a talented team of recruitment staff, assessing skills and addressing gaps with coaching and training programs and additional hiring into the business. Build processes and system to monitor the team's performance and set and implement developmental goals to improve their performance. Manage the budget for the practice. Desired Candidate Profile Must haves: - 10+ years of work experience managing recruitment activities in/outside of India - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients across all levels - Experience hiring across diverse functions and sectors - Experience streamlining existing processes and building best practices around recruitment - Experience with building and managing a team including building processes/systems to monitor team's performance Preferred : - Experience with business development or strategic partnerships would be a plus - International exposure in terms of experience working outside of India or with foreign clients, or education abroad would be a plus
