Job Description:
Reporting to the CEO, the Sr. Manager Recruitment will work as the senior member of the dynamic Recruitment team, and handle a team of Recruiters, with the responsibility of prospecting and account-managing a select number of new and existing key multinational and large regional accounts a focus on permanent recruitment / contract recruitment (longer term strategy)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and manage an permanent /contract consulting desk and ultimately Support in building the Recruitment Division
- Build and manage a market research service for prospective new clients
- Network to identify new business opportunities through utilizing the strong network and market experience
- Have an active Client facing role, whilst managing specific Key Accounts
- Formulate and manage recruitment assignments, specifically working on mid-career to senior level opportunities
- Prepare business plans and strategies for short, medium and long term for the business Unit of recruitments
- Prepare Manpower plans and put the strategy into execution mode
- Manage end - to - end business of recruitment as a profit center
- Contribute to enhance thrust and technology as enablers to ensure profitable business units are created
- Promote other products of the company and help in client relationship management
- Build and handle a team of sales and execution personnel
- Build successful teams and set processes for the recruitment team to perform with ease.
- Build a sales team to generate pipeline for the business
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Sales teams as well as Regional Leaders, to develop and implement relevant attraction plans for specific regions and/or industries
- Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectations
- Effectively demonstrate - best practices- and promote brand awareness
- Communicate business pipeline to CEO
