1. Strong exp from 9years to 15years in US hiring - good understanding of geographies, how market works, how recruitment works - etc

2. Knowledge of analytics & IT hiring essential.

3. Should have good exp in stakeholder management

4. Will be managing 3-4 member team - team management exp needed
