We are currently looking for a leading MNC company in real estate Sector for Sr. Manager -Record to report role

Financial Operation

- Ensuring timely management and financial reporting, month closures, vendor payments and collections targets are met.

- Ensuring and reporting on the business profitability to the management.

- Responsible for Accounts receivables, collections follow up, monitoring cash flow, bank balances and other financial information.

- Analysis, correspond and negotiations for delinquency balances

- Review and oversee VAT activities and VAT returns

- Review board presentations and board packs

- Ensure invoices and payments are in compliance with authority matrix, policies and procedures.

- Ensuring the relevant support for audits for data owned by OES is completed on time.

- Driving projects for process improvement in alignment with core business agenda.

- Ensuring and monitoring team's productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, timely month end closing, resolving problems and identifying improvements.

- Coaching, counseling, and performance appraisal of team members.

Coordination

- Be the primary interface between Retained Finance and OES and ensure coordination with Senior Management on all day-to-day matters.

- Coordination with internal and external auditors to resolve their queries.

- Coordination with other relevant departments as an escalation point, as necessary to drive the day-to-day operations.

Reporting

- Ensure all periodic reports are submitted on timely basis.

- Provide oversight in preparation of adhoc management reports as and when required.

- Ensure reporting requirements of all stake holders are met through periodic and adhoc reports.
