Senior Manager - Record To Report General Ledger - CA - KPO

Candidate Should Be A CA Qualified(2005 - 2008) And Working As A Manager.

Maximum CTC : 14 Lpa (Or 30% Hike Whichever Is Maximum)

Candidates must be comfortable with UK Shifts.

Job Description - Record To Report (RTR) General Ledger :

- Month end closing and reporting.

- Reporting & Consolidation

- Prepare statutory analysis to support monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables

- Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements

- Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries

- Review & Performing Month End Close activities

- Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations

- Manage quarterly intercompany process

- Resolution of Reconciling Items

- Strong Accounting Knowledge ( With Closing & reporting experience )

- Good MS office skills and hands on experience on ERP will be preferred

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to gain a sound understanding of product and process information in order to provide advice to customers

- Persuasive and proactive approach. Intelligence to raise red flags and approach the correct stakeholders in crisis situations

- Strong communication skills /Able to handle call from US Clients and interact with them whenever required
