Has overall accountability and responsibility for leading strategic and operational activities of Finance Shared Services Centre for the respective country and also ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services as per the established SLA and quality standards.
Build relationships with country finance leads and drive implementation of initiatives through shared services team.

Strategic Relationship Building
- Manage country / region specific requirements
- Build relationships with country finance leads
- Drive process improvement opportunities at country level
- Provide oversight and support in the establishment of metrics, standardization and benchmarking of processes and related activities
- Promote a positive attitude towards change and encourage team work and cooperation between all Team Leads and staff
- Monitors and report on team performance against business plans and associated budgets
- Identify training needs of staff make recommendations about meeting those training and development needs
- Building team culture and capability and in leading the team to perform at a high level 40% - Budget Vs Actual performance
- Feedback from Country stakeholders
Operational Management
- Oversee P2P, O2C and R2R operation team leads
- Evaluate and assess current Service Level Agreements and Operating Level Agreements and engage in iterative efforts to ensure relevance to business
- Monitor and report on transaction center performance to key stakeholders
- Act as final point of escalation in the Governance structure 40% - % adherence to SLAs
Contribution to processes & systems development
- Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes, technology etc. and identify projects to implement the changes
- Report and monitor quality systems and processes that optimize delivery of services 20% Cost reduction % vs. plan (process improvement)
