Senior Manager - Record To Report - CA - BPO

A candidate should have experience of atleast 9 yrs and relevant into R2R 8-10 yrs.

He should be CA Qualified ( 2000 - 2007) pass out.

He should be comfortable with Rotational Shifts.

8-10 or more years of Experience in the General Accounting

Record to Report space i.e. should have handled Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Month end close, reconciliations, AR with, large team management

Experience with BPO

Should be currently on paper Manager.

Working experience on R2R, General Ledger, Trial balance, Balance Sheet, Fixed Asset, Inter company, Month -end closing

Measure and report GL Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a timely and accurate basis such as month end closing activities, generating trial balance, analyzing the charts of accounts (group function), MIS, support in budget & budgetary control and maintain hygiene in accounting.

Depreciation and Asset Management

Banking: Bank Transaction reconciliation

Improvement initiatives & support changing dynamics in business

Accountable for timely & accurate completion of recs / cost allocation / month-end accounting & reporting /FA
