Details about the position :

Position : SM - R2R

Location : Noida

Requisites :

- CA pass out in the year 2007 - 2010 with 5+ years of experience in accounting conceptual Knowledge or Any graduate with 9+ years of experience

- Should be experienced in handling team of 15-20 people

- Should be experienced professional & expert in GL Process / FA Process / Intercompany Process

- Should have ability to do root cause of analysis for process gaps highlighted

- Should have ability to identify and Drive projects within team or across process

- Should have collaborative approach towards resolving the issues with stakeholders & peers

- Should have ability to take decisions on managing team members, manage multi-tasking & deliver on critical items, define & drive goals for team

- Should have knowledge of SAP/ERP

- Should be well versed in MS Office, must have used have used Functions, V-Look-up and Pivots extensively

- Should possess good Communication Skills, Self-managed and Strong team player with flexible mindset

- Should have very strong analytical skills and ability to work on business adhocs

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Finalization of accounts, taxation & team handling

- Responsible for reviewing critical and month end activities to ensure smooth closure

- Responsible for preparing and reporting of process metric dashboards

- Responsible for reviewing process issue logs and exception trackers and initiate required actions

- Responsible for addressing customer concerns on a timely basis, including proactive identification of GLFA issues and appropriate influencing of Hospira groups to provide process improvements/solutions

- Responsible for monitoring agreed SLA's & KPI's and provide root cause analysis for gaps identified and action plans to mitigate the same.

- Responsible for providing guidance, train, monitor effectiveness & oversee team members contributing to the process.

- Responsible for reviewing open items of Reconciliations and share with relevant stakeholders with action plan

- Responsible for reviewing CIP tracker and ensure timely communication to stakeholders with follow up plans to ensure timely closure of projects

- Responsible for reviewing Intercompany payment proposal to ensure accuracy and also identify outages in timely manner to have resolution within agreed timelines

- Responsible for sharing best practices & ensure implementation as & when required.

- Responsible for highlighting proactively risks and challenges to relevant stakeholders.

- Responsible for Customer Management Conduct weekly / monthly process reviews with relevant stakeholders

- Responsible for Communication Effective communication at all levels with customers and internal management.

- Responsible for Coordinating with other functions to drive process requirements such as training, HR, Quality, etc.

- Responsible for developing and grooming team and define career path for team to have long term success and succession planning

- Responsible to ensure documentation remains current
