Details about the position :

Position : M - R2R

Location : Gurgaon

Requisites :

- CA with 4 to 8 years of experience

- Strong Communication - Both Written and Vocal

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change

- Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change

- High standard of integrity, strong self-confidence to state and support opinions

- High energy, strong influencing skills

- Ability to work on own initiative

- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives

- Effective working knowledge of IT tools like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Access

- Clear thinking / problem solving skills and ability to quickly grasp new ideas

- Successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within finance function involving process improvement

Responsibilities :

- Handling R2R team of 8 - 10 members

- Having post qualification experience of 5 - 8 years

- Consultation to team on various tax issues like TDS/Service Tax/WCT/VAT and other applicable taxes

- Managing month end /Quarter end/year end activities

- Experience in preparing financial statement in larger organization

- Consolidation of financial statements for group companies

- Prepare tax audit reports

- Experience in companies merger

- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly MIS & closing

- Dealing with auditors for periodical audit points

- Experience in preparing financial statement according to revised schedule VI

- Willing to stretch and adopt as per process needs during month / quarterly and Annual Closings.

- Prepare ad-hoc reports, dashboards, metrics and analysis as required by Business Head or Finance Leadership on need basis

- Handling various Controllership Projects

-Translate difficult technical accounting concepts into executable, operational controllership

- Knowledge on new companies act 2013 and its impact on financial statements.
