- Detailed Financial Modelling - Should be able to detailed Cash Flows, IRRs, Scenario Analysis etc
- Well versed and adept at MS Excel and other tools
- Understands Mumbai Real Estate
- Well versed with Mumbai DCR. Thorough with FSI Calculations under various development options in DCR - understanding the potential of the plot, develop potential of the plot, important milestones in project execution, risk associated with each project milestones
- Laws pertaining to transactions; structuring documentation - needs to be well versed with documentation, vetting etc
- Good understanding about tax structures
- Good understanding on legal matters, including litigations
- Should be able to do deal presentations - to internal and external stake holders (including financial institutions)
- Should be able to liaise with law firms, technical experts, tax auditors etc for deal evaluations, structuring and due diligence.
- Needs to have done multiple transactions
- Needs to be detailed orientation about the Project
Skills & Experience:
- MBA Finance
- 7 -10 years experience in real estate cracking some good deals
- Analytical with good business acumen
- A go getter, ambitions, proactive.
- Effective communication skills
