- Technical Knowledge - Understanding of financial products, Real estate Industry knowledge, preferably basic understanding of geographies apart from Mumbai and other asset classes apart from residential.

- Communication Skills - Client management role requires good communication skills.

- Relationship building, Business development.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- End to end handling of debt and private equity banking transactions generate new business for the team.

- Prepare & Review financial models, Information memorandums / other collaterals, Feasibility reports.

- Review and comment on basic transaction documents.

- Travel to other geographies to develop business.
