Role Position - Senior Manager - Real Estate Advisory i. Provide financing and advisory services to clients across various asset classes like residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and warehousing (we advise clients on raising equity - private equity, strategic partnerships/JV, etc) and debt (mezzanine debt, acquisition financing, term loan/construction finance, foreign currency loan, cash-flow securitization, etc). ii. Opportunistic scanning of own network to explore and handle select fund raising mandates. iii. Responsible for deal origination, analysis, negotiations and end to end relationship management with Real Estate Developers iv. Staying current with changing regulations in FDI, Real Estate, Tax and other related market intelligence Experience : 4 to 5 years experience i. Knowledge of the India RE market - developers, funds and structures prevalent in market ii. Interaction with IPC (International Property Consultants) and knowledge of real estate industry
