Functional Competency:

- Good Understand the Functionalities of the RAMCO ERP System (Inventory management, Sales Order Management, Production Planning, allocation of Stock to different channels) from business perspective.

- Preparation of custom designed solutions that will include integration with other modules and provide unique value proposition for users.

- Excellent collaboration skills with ability to communicate project documents clearly to all project stakeholders, including different functions and internal functional and technical teams

- Preparations of presentations and demonstrations to prospects/ partners based on the actual pain points/ challenges specific to each region.

- Understanding and analyzing various industry process/ Market/Competition

- Expectance in integration of third party application i.e. (IRN and E-way Bill)

- Good business and/or systems analysis skills and proven record of accomplishment of delivering within deadlines with the ability to prioritize projects

Technical Competency:

- Creation of UDS (User Defined screens) and report writer i.e. RW3.1 and SSRS.

- Exceptional skill in the design and development SQL Server tables, stored procedures, views, and trigger.

- Design, develop and maintain appropriately scaled, effective solutions to support data quality, T-SQL, and related tools.

- Very strong T-SQL skills and strong knowledge of ETL techniques.

- Creating and analyzing highly complex queries, store procedures, tables, views, triggers, functions.

- Good understanding of Database Design, Integrity, and optimization process.

- In depth experience of performance-tuning SQL Server databases code and environments, and SQL profiling.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Able to understand business requirements and develop SQL Server solutions that work within the technical boundaries.

Experience:

- Must have at least 8 years of Experience in dealing with RAMCO ERP system as a Techno-Functional.

- Experience on SQL Server version 2014 / 2016.

- Strong experience in Database Architecture, Performance Tuning.

- Excellent Performing Tuning Skills with native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
