NPI - Quality Senior Manager - ONLY Female Candidates
Principle Duties :
1. The NPI Quality role is the product quality representative working with a cross-function team ( Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Marketing, and Service) in the NPI project to provide comprehensive and accurate assessment and characterization of design risks, which includes both the appropriate mitigation activities and proper identification in downstream design outputs (DFMEA, critical characteristics and significant characteristics on specifications, Risk Assessments for issues impacting product, etc.).
2. Buildup / Renew NPI Quality process, tool, and dashboard, integrated with RCLP ( Product Development Process)
a. Product Requirement management
b. Design lessons learn database and process
c. DFMEA template and process
d. Design for Reliability
e. Design Review template and process
3. Join major NPI projects, surveilling product quality, partnering with GQA and Product Verification & Validation & Regulation :
a. Escalate for process non-compliance issues
b. Report NPI audit finding in Design Review
c. Engaged in AQE audit (PPAP & SSO review, New Product Quality Audit)
d. Coordinate GQA to :
i. Share legacy product warranty issues in phase1
ii. Include test requirements in CTU and ETU test plan (DVP&R)
4. Lead NPI quality audit which reviews the engineering deliverables in each phase, supervises the compliance of the engineering process and checks the fulfillment of product requirements.
Preferred Requirements :
- Black Belt and/or Certified Reliability Engineer are a plus.
- Proven success in leading quality projects from inception through completion with direct responsibility for execution.
- Leadership experience in large manufacturing and/or equipment design & build environment.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams consisting of engineering and operations professionals
- Advanced engineering statistical knowledge and practical application of quality tools for problem solving.
- Strong communication skills.
- Effectively sharing and obtaining information from internal and external parties.
- Ability to work cooperatively with people at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth computer skills related to specific needs of Quality Manager.
- Strong decision-making skills, with a drive to proactively obtain complete and accurate information.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional fluency in Japanese / Mandarin is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required, internationally and domestically as much as 30%
