- Responsible for Key Performance Metrics with respect to timely and effective closures of FTR, Q Compliance, Food Safety, Environment

- Pathogen Monitoring and Non-conformances

- Handling, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Consumer Complaints Investigations, Audit action Plans etc.
