- 2- 4 years of work experience - Online Teaching, Teacher Training, assessment design and pedagogical experience - Well versed with data interpretation via excel/ sheets/ Power BI - Ability to create weekly/bi-weekly data backed reports - Worked with a for-profit educational organization &amp; contributed towards taking business decisions (renewals- pricing, sign ups, etc.) - Passion for service - Organizational and time-management skills - Decision - making skills - Driving the Quality Excellence piece for facilitators - content delivery in virtual classrooms in order to accelerate renewals from our paid users. - Embody organizational values in every interaction with all company stakeholders Your responsibilities will be: - To create &amp; implement onboarding/training/L&amp;D modules for 200+ facilitators - To collaborate with the academics - team and enable an enriching class experience for the users - To collaborate with the customer success team and drive renewals via facilitators
