We are hiring Senior Manager Quality (Black Belt) for India's biggest IT and Services Firm.The Position is of a individual contributor role. Candidates with hands on experience in leading quality improvement projects individually would be preferred.

- Should be a black belt certified.

- Lead & mentor Six Sigma & Lean Projects to deliver targeted results

- Mentor Black and Green Belts and identify improvement projects

- Develop dashboard for management review

- Build Lean & Six Sigma in the DNA of organization

- Implement robust review mechanisms to ensure effective project management

- Drive innovation and automation projects

- Coordinate with operation to ensure deployment of iQMS and adherence to internal & external audit requirements for ISO 9001-2008,CMMI,ISO 14001,ISO 2700,etc
