Senior Manager - Quality Assurance - IT

Our client is currently looking to hire for the position of Senior Manager, Quality Assurance based out of Bangalore.

Description

- Manage the IT operational processes, including configurations, change management, incident management and manage the third party vendors that deliver services for IT operations.

- Work with a team of problem solving experts coming with strong consulting and industry experience.

- Manage different clients and their portfolio and be involved in their financial management

- Involved in Business Development activities and identify new opportunities

- Solve Complex technical challenges by developing strategies

- Be a part of the CMMI certification journey

- Develop Dashboards and reports at organization level

- Conduct internal audits, configuration audit, work product audit and gap analysis

- Keep the project quality status in terms of Quality, coast and Delivery parameter

- Train, coach and mentor staff

Profile

- Minimum 18 years of relevant Quality experience

- Degree from Technology Background

- CMMI Certification

- Experience in Agile methodologies

- Project Management experience

- Team Management experience
