Senior Manager - Quality Assurance - IT

- Person would be managing Testing for all modules of PeopleStrong product line in collaboration with the Architecture, Engineering and Technology Operations Team, would be responsible for creation and design of test scenarios for the testing of software programs, review and checking of test cases for software programs, keeping up-to-date with standards and requirements of Software Quality Assurance, development and implementation of software functionality and regression tests, preparation of reports on defects and problems that arise during software tests, tracking of reported problems and defects using tracking software in line with PeopleStrongs Vision 2020.

- Preparation of software evaluation test reports, Leading the Testing Team, overall action planning, resolution of issues, communication with the companys teams, management, and customer representatives at technical and senior levels and providing regular reports for management on team activities, recommendations for process improvements and action items, assessment of team performance, and frequent updates on escalations
