Responsibilities:
- Excellent knowledge of Applications / Infra, systems, software, technologies, communications and suppliers to support the delivery of quality systems & Understanding of QMS design and their implementation.
- Considerable experience of or exposure to, a ISO Certification implementation, Considerable experience of, exposure to ISO27001 & CMMi implementation, Experience of service delivery in a QMS environment.
- Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities
- Ensure strong communication between teams under leadership to facilitate exchange of information and in order to implement change and improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
- Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the quality KPIs
- Communicate with stakeholders the impact of technology change and potential effects on Operations and Delivery
- Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on IT operations, Deliveries activities
- Develop the Quality Management system, striving for best in class products and business practices to deliver to the customer's expectations, managing teams and projects across the business
- Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
- Ensure that corrective actions are delivered and non-compliance issues are resolved on time
- Writing management and technical reports and customers- charters
- Determining training needs
- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
- Monitoring performance
