Senior Manager - Purchase

Manage, control & execute the complete procurement process within , India and Asia ICT. Responsible of Quality and Business management systems from the GPO function.

Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Management : Organize Business Review and / or Executive Review and Supplier Performance Evaluation & Management and to define, measure and track procurement metrics to ensure adequate level of quality, service, competitiveness & compliance. Financial Due Diligence Ability to identify financial risk.

Must Have Skills

- Operational Purchasing Ability including day-to-day business operations

- Bidding & Tender Management

- Negotiation Techniques Ability and Cost Breakdown Analysis Ability

- Ethic Due Diligence Ability to identify & communicate ethical risks

- Lean Principles & Mindset Understanding & Openness on Lean principles & methods

- ERM BCP and to define GPO BCP + play active role in Crisis teams

- SOP Compliance Knowledge and Manage Internal external Audits

- Problem Solving Tools and should Competence in using problem solving tools : A3 or 8D to Competence in using A3

- ERP Competence in using ERP modules

- Leadership Ability to articulate a vision and align people to it

- Collaborative, transparent, purpose oriented, shares knowledge, compromising, values diversity

Knowledge of the different Quality and Business management systems and Key member of all site committees (OHSAS, TQEM, ISO, SOX etc.) related to site certifications and compliance, with primary responsibility for the Purchasing related activities

G&A services for HR , Finance and Sales and Marketing events and Site events

Facility services both engineering and Non engineering , AMCs of Facilities , Real estate
