Key Result Areas :

- Plan, develop and supervise the implementation of Brand communication strategies.

- Increasing Brand Awareness through Promotion, Events, Local, etc.

- Plan, implement and monitor long term promotional campaigns

- Liaison & coordination with agencies for participating in various exhibitions.

- Supervise the process of media buying and ensure that content is of high Quality and medium appropriateness.

- Manage the communications budget and ensure that controls are in place to monitor and report Returns on Investments (ROI).

- Advertising Agency Management / Vendor Management.

- Set up processes to monitor compliance with branding norms of organization across operations, ensure that deviations are highlighted and managed.

- Responsible for above the line & complete below the line advertising.

- Conceptualize the design and layout of posters, banners, signages, brochures, etc & give approval for the same.

- Create branding materials for the website, brochures, ads, campus signage, in room communications, wildlife sighting cards etc.

- Handling all the outdoor marketing and promotions done through Sign Boards, Glow signs, Bill boards etc.

- Organizing Press coverage for new service launches, changes in Board / shareholding of the company.

- Competition analysis and organizing customers meet.

- Brand management of the company website

- Training subordinates on communication best practices and ensuring that contemporary methods for reaching internal target audiences are optimized.

- Ensuring quality work and accuracy attributes.

- Designing & implementing retail marketing strategies and managing relationship with retailers & distributors.
