Job Description - The Proposal Manager is responsible for preparing offers to Clients, contact with Clients in commercial and relational procedures, and in the conclusion of contracts and orders

Our client is a well-established player in the oil and gas segment. They are one of the leading players in providing fire capital equipment to the oil and gas industry.

Description

- Analyse a Tender / Specifications and take the decision to respond to it (according to its weak and strong points, the state of the competition. Analyse technical documents.

- Writing a business proposal / tender response in accordance with the procedures of the consultation

- Estimate the costs (of development, launch) and evaluate the price

- Develop a budget, optimise it and monitor it (cost control, tracking budget)

- Evaluating providers, their skills and the report price quality

Profile

- Excellent Communication Skills: Exhibit impeccable Verbal & Written English Language Skills as well as Presentation skills, Articulate, managing interpersonal relationships well, ability to network and create a network that would help the business. Use appropriate written and oral expression techniques in the message to be delivered and the target audience

- Client Orientation: To be force of proposal compared to the need expressed while mobilising the necessary stakeholders (internal - external)

- Business Acumen & Cost Analysis

- Relevant: 12 - 15 years
