Look after the expansion of new store openings across Delhi and NCR

- Scouting of Real Estate Feasibility study in terms of ROI of new store. 

- Coordinate with concerned dept. like legal for agreement, Project for store layout, Finrentals payments, Operation team for store etc. 

- Make strategy in regards of sale to increase revenue. 

- Renegotiations for existing rentals Branding of store. etc.

CTC 16-18 lacs per annum
