Senior Manager - Projects - Overseas - Edible Oil Industry

1. Qualifications: B. Tech in Mech. Engg. / B.Tech in Oil Technology.

2. Experience: 15 -20 years in Senior Management position in Edible Oil Industry (Oil Mill, Solvent Extraction, Refining etc.). 3-5 years Overseas Experience is preferable.

3. Age: 45 to 50 years.

4. Job description:

The incumbent should have experience in handling green field projects, in particular to Oil Seed Processing Plants. Responsible for complete project implementation.

Should have reasonably good knowledge on civil works, Structure erection, Equipment erection, Piping etc. apart from handling contractors and people.

After completion of Project, he should take over factory operations i.e. total in-charge for all factory operations. He will be responsible for Production, Maintenance, Administration, Logistics planning, finance planning, laiasoning with local Govt. bodies, suppliers, Indian counterparts, company Directors and implementing MIS.

He should coordinate with Country Manager on Commercial matters.

5. The incumbent will be on Probation for six months, during which he will be given bachelor status and on successful completion of probation he would be given family status.

6. Salary: Commensurate to experience.

7. Joining time: Looking for 2 months.

8. Place of posting: Ghana, West Africa.
