KEY TASKS:
1. Reporting to Manager - Projects and contributes/ assists for all necessary works required for an NSO project cycle and existing stores O&M projects.
2. Coordination with local AOR for drawings and BOQs.
3. Arranging material samples and vendor coordination.
4. Creating MAT codes for new requirements.
5. Checking BOQs and preparation of NOAs.
6. Ensure all technical details required by the commercial team are provided.
7. Validate the quantities for the rate analysis done by the supplier.
8. Followup with the EPC for early/timely closure of request raised.
9. Ensuring all PO's and WO's from Project - Accounts and share with respective vendors
10. Coordination with vendor and construction manager on timely deliveries at site.
11. Ensuring vendor invoices are checked and certified as directed by PM.
12. Periodic visits to ongoing NSO sites to check work progress.
13. Keep track of any existing stores- O&M Issues and support as directed.
14. Prepare site progress NSO report and PERT.
Desired Qualification : Architect/ Interior Designer/ Civil Engg.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Skills: Eye for detail, Quality conscious, communication, time management
- Knowledge of: Project Management; Design coordination ; Basic MEP knowledge
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
