We are looking candidates for Project Sales - Sr.Manager role for NCR Delhi location.
Our client is an Indian engineering company that manufactures engines and heavy equipment. It is traded on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) & aspiring to grow in newly launched higher KVA range of 1010 KVA, 1250 KVA and beyond.
This position is based out of Delhi NCR & looking candidates who is from Engine ( DG Sets) manufacturing industry & having excellent experience in Projects Sales in DG Sets, project sales / HHP (high horsepower generator sets).
Experience : 15 years
CTC: 20lac

This position will be responsible to build strong identity in the market for Higher range as mentioned
- Understand the workings, needs and expectations of electrical consultant organization under guidance and support from application engineering and consultant development lead.
- Achieve business volumes and market share targets distributed consultant wise.
- This position will be an interface between Genset Sales team & Application Engineering teams
- Enquiry management - Track the progress on enquiries and support the channel to win orders
- To support sales team as & when technical & costing support is required to handle customer queries
- Work along with Application Engineering to customize the products as per customer's requirement
- Engage in interest provoking techno-commercial conversations with electrical consultants
- Plan, execute, track and improve consultant retention activities like Consultant meets, technical trainings, factory inspection etc to retain and gain electrical consultants based on annual plans and feedback from stakeholders.
- Manage channel partners with assertive communication to resolve commercial & operational issues and ensure satisfaction of electrical consultants.
- Maintain consultant profile and enquiry data and ensure regular & timely updation of various tracker reports in the system.
